We had a very comfortable Cabin which overlooked the lake with all of its Bird Life and Turtles. We spent a lot of our time sitting on the Verandah just taking in the peace and Tranquility of the area and watching Mum and Dad Duck wandering around looking after their family of 13 Ducklings. The staff were very friendly and also very approachable. Sanctuary Lakes Fauna Retreat is also situated right next door to a Hotel has good quality meals at reasonable prices.

The room was large and had all the basic requirements for a backpackers. There is a communal lounge and kitchen and a basic breakfast and coffee / tea is available. Unfortunately the TV did not work and the aircon only comes on between 18:00 and 05:00 and was not very cold. My room was not ready on check in. In spite of that the staff ate friendly and the location is good. As far as a backpackers is concerned it is budget accommodation and not a hotel.

Excellent location at Urangan for a family holiday. Great staff - very friendly and helpful - great accommodation in a 2 bedroom home - not just a motel room but a fully furnished roomy apartment. Lots of space - bigger than most 2 bedroom units in Brisbane. 100mtr from the bay. Dog friendly. Nice pool spa and BBQ facilities. Would recommend to friends and family - definitely go back again.

This resort is always my favourite at Hervey Bay! Spacious pool rooms , exceptionally cleaned , comfortable bed, warm light weight blanket, great kitchen and modern furniture! Large outdoor balcony with the outdoor table settings ! Wonderfully helpful reception, cleaners ! Highly recommend this resort ! Family Freindly too , lots families on a holiday there !

The room was well maintained and prepared in hygienic conditions. The staff are thoughtful about their guests. It can be seen that the owner has put effort in running his business. We will come back next time when we visit hervey bay again

The accommodation was situated on the Esplanade in Hervey Bay. The room was a two bedroom apartment . It was spacious with two comfortable queen beds. We especially appreciated the recliner chairs and lounge.

Like the location and the view of our room. The esplanade and the Pier was just in front and even the Saturday market is a walking distance. There’s a cafe and excellent restaurant just under the hotel.

The 2 bedroom apartment was fully furnished, including all appliances and homewared. The apartment exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, size and comfort. Excellent for a family of 4.

Good location out of the main esplanade of Hervey Bay. Sensational views from the penthouse floors over wide Bay Area. Heated pool and spa. apartments are large layout & well appointed.

The staff were lovely and although about 5 min drive to the beach, the bush setting and all the birds are lovely and a bit more relaxing than constant traffic on the esplanade.

Excellent location opposite the esplanade. Cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. Rooms clean and bed very comfortable. Good secure parking available.

Just liked the whole set up of the park. Catered for everybody caravans,vans,cabins or camp. I will be back for sure.

Location and view. The signature smell of Mantra hotels and the general consistency of facilities.

Great value. Large sized family unit. The BBQ had paper towels and tools supplied.
